To celebrate the women's England football team as they compete in the world cup held in Australia and New Zealand. The one pound design from 1997 & 2002 has been struck as a five pound coin in brilliant uncirculated and silver proof. Recently the coin along with the other three Nations have been released only at the Royal Mint Experience struck in base metal proof. |
